BLOG 12

A study from the University of Minnesota indicated that teens who
skip breakfast
are more likely to become obese than those who routinely
eat breakfast. Over the
five-year span of the study, those who skipped
breakfast were on average five
pounds heavier than their breakfast-eating
peers.

THIS QUOTE MAKES
PLENTY OF SENSE. the MORE U GO WITHOUT EATING THE MORE THE BODY
WANTS FOOD, SO WHEN YOU DO EAT LATER ON THE DAY YOUR BODY
WANTS
TO TAKE IN MORE FOOD OR STORE IN MORE CALORIES SO WHEN YOU DO
NOT EAT
BREAKFAST IT HAS PLENTY OF FAT TO BURN INSTEAD OF BURNING THE FAT YOU
BODY
ALREADY HAS. for THOSE WHO EAT BREAKFAST THE BODY IS USED TO THE FACT
THAT YOU
EAT IN THE MORNINGS SO THE BODY BURNS FAT THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE
DAY.
